Not enough teams signed up to be competitive. Will be re-thinking best time and different structure for next year.
What is a TriMathalon?
A TriMathalon is a 3-leg race consisting of a run, bike, and math competition.
The race will start at 10:00a.m. with the bike leg at the Sedro-Woolley High School. The bikers will make a ~12 mile loop and return to the high school where they hand off to the runner. From there the runner makes a ~4.5 mile loop and ends downtown. When the runner reaches the finish line the math participate will start their test in the Sedro-Woolley Community Fellowship "The Place" in downtown. The event is scheduled to last 2-3 hours total. Teams can register online by clicking this link: here.
Registration costs $30 per team or $10 per person. There will be a cash prize of $300 for the 1st place winner. The winning team will also get their team name/member/s carved on a wooden statue to be saved in the musuem. This is an historic year because it is the first ever Elevation TriMathalon!
The complete route along with practice Math questions will be posted July 25th.
